Thailand has several types of title and land certificates with each representing different degrees of ownership and claims over a parcel of land. Nor Sor 3 Khor is one of them.
Sharing similarities with Nor Sor 3 Gor, the Nor Sor 3 Khor means its holder has submitted and fulfilled the requirements but only the deed has not been issued. It also means aerial survey on the plot has not been done yet. In terms of superiority however, the Nor Sor 3 Gor is more superior to the Nor Sor 3 Khor.
Yet, even if aerial survey is not yet done, the land boundaries and other measurements may have been already fulfilled by the Land Office.
With this, the owner of the said land may file for a petition to change his possession from being a Confirmed Certificate of Use to full ownership.
