The Home Builder 2008 show kicks off in Bangkok on the 20th August at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok. Both the Home Builders Association and Home Buyers Guide magazine are confident special offers made at the property expo shows will stimulate market demand.
The Home Builder 2008 show kicks off in Bangkok on the 20th August at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok. Both the Home Builders Association and Home Buyers Guide magazine are confident special offers made at the property expo shows will stimulate market demand. The Home Builders Association expects that more than Bt1.5 billion in sales to be generated during its five day Home Builder 2008 show, starting on August 20. The first half of this year has been slow in terms of property purchases because of the current economic concerns, however because of the special offers being announced coupled with the financing deals on offer, it is believed that the show will boost the property market even further. What is on offer one might ask? The developers are offering in many instances between 5% and 10% discounted pricing on property being showed. It is expected that between 80,000 to 120,000 people to attend the show this year with more than 100 developers with more than 500 residential projects. Last year 73,800 residential units had been sold in Bangkok.
